My classic caramels are truly “handmade from scratch”, utilizing the French inspired culinary technique that uses Farm Fresh Jersey Cow Milk. The small farm, Wake Robin is within 30 miles of my kitchen and has the creamiest buttery milk I ever seen! Combined with the local made butter and a tad of cream, along with a special sugar syrup that I have created. Make a rich, creamy, natural caramel that have “won over” even the non- caramel lover!
